Căpuş is a commune located at 27 kilometers from the city of Cluj-Napoca in the county of Cluj, Romania.

The main villages are Căpuşu Mare and Căpuşu Mic. The main industry is an iron ore extraction facillity.

Attractive touristic destination, with many new motels built in the recent years. Its population (about 4000 inhabitants) includes Romanians, Hungarians and Roma.
