César Martín Villar (born in Oviedo, Asturias, April 3, 1977) is a spanish football (soccer) player in defender role.

In career, started in 1994, he played for Real Oviedo and for Deportivo La Coruña, where won one Liga, Copa del Rey and Supercup in 2002. He played in La Liga 197 matches. For Spain national football team he played UEFA European Football Championship, in 2004.
