Bute and Northern Ayrshire was a constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1918 to 1983. It was formed by combining Buteshire with part of Ayrshire North. The rest of Ayshire North was merged into Kilmarnock.
In 1950 some of the constituency was transferred to the then new constituency of Central Ayrshire.
In 1983 Bute and Northern Ayrshire was divided between Argyll and Bute and Cunninghame North.
