Butch Johnson (American football)

Butch Johnson (born 1954) was a wide receiver in the National Football League. He played from 1976-1983 with the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos from 1984-1985. He played collegiate football at UC Riverside. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys as the 87th player overall in the third round of the 1976 NFL Draft. In Super Bowl XII he caught a 45-yard touchdown pass from Roger Staubach. In Super Bowl XIII he scored another touchdown becoming only the second player to score touchdowns in back-to-back Super Bowls.
