Butch Davis (baseball player)

Wallace McArthur Davis (born June 19, 1958, in Martin County, North Carolina) was a Major League Baseball outfielder. He is an alumnus of East Carolina University.
Drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 12th round of the 1980 MLB amateur draft, Davis would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Kansas City Royals on August 23, 1983, and appear in his final game on July 31, 1994.
