I disagree with the following sentence in the introduction: "Business rules are the foundation on which strategies and tactics are built."

This would fit if you define business rules as a part of the business environment, but it does not fit if you define business rules as company policy. If business rules are company policies, I would say that the strategy is the foundation on which business rules are built.

Why are most of the listed companies "The Leader In" or providers of "Leading..."? 69.9.16.28 18:50, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
