Bus Stop (band)

Bus Stop were a British dance act best-known for their1998 single "Kung Fu Fighting", which reached #8 in the UK chart. The song sampled the original vocals by Carl Douglas, the original being a UK #1 hit in 1974, and added rap verses. The group then released three further singles, included a dance version of Van Halen's "Jump" in 1999. The group disbanded in 2000, although member Daz Sampson has since gone on to represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest, and has gone onto have further chart success as part of Uniting Nations.
