BuSung Co., Ltd. is a commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration manufacturer established in 1984 and headquartered in Incheon, Korea. BuSung America Corp. is BuSung's U.S. branch which sales commercial refrigerators under the Everest Refrigeration brand.

- 11-24-1984: BuSung established
- 06-18-1985: Obtained license for high pressure gas refrigeration manufacturing
- 05-17-1986: Obtained license for special facilities manufacturing business
- 12-23-1988: Obtained license for international trading (Class B)
- 12-10-1992: Moved to expanded factory in Incheon, Namdong industrial complex
- 05-27-1993: Designated a promising medium sized company by the industrial bank of Korea
- 06-02-1993: Registered as a Class A international trading agent company (AFTAK)
- 03-29-1994: Designated as a Quality Guarantee Company (By Korea Electric & Electric Testing Institute)-Obtained the Q-mark.
- 05-25-1994: Second factory completed
- 05-27-2994: Obtained license for high pressure gas manufacturing
- 10-07-1994: Obtained license for equipment construction
- 11-27-1995: Designated company for substitute of army service
- 11-01-1996: Third factory completed
- 04-01-1997: Registered as Class A electric equipment manufacturer
- 02-23-1998: Designated a prospective export medium sized company by the industrial bank of Korea
- 07-14-1998: Obtained ISO9001
- 08-09-1999: Changed company name to BuSung Co., Ltd.
- 05-16-2000: Registered copyright of design (No.0190445)
- 04-12-2002: Obtained license for environmental electric wavelength (ESAK2106001)
