The Burning Dawn is a fictional organization in Tenchu 2: Birth Of The Stealth Assassins and are led by Lady Kagami.

The Burning Dawn has its origins when Lord Ghoda's uncle Motohide allied himself with a warlord called Toda Yoshisada in order take control over his Kingdom. They launched an attack against his castle his wife, Kei and kidnapping Princess Kiku. After Motohide is killed by Toda and Ayame rescues Princess Kiku, Toda's Chief assassin and Second-in-Command assassinates her master and assumes command of his army.
