Burn It Down

Burn It Down was a metalcore band from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, whose full-length album, Let The Dead Bury The Dead, was released in 2000. Produced by Ed Rose (of The Get Up Kids), the album garnered a 4 "K" review in Kerrang! and a 4/5 in Alternative Press. It followed two EPs and a split CD with Racetraitor (whose members formed Fall Out Boy). Burn It Down toured with Shadows Fall, In Flames, Dillinger Escape Plan and Zao before disbanding. They played their final show at the 2001 Hellfest and played a reunion show in 2005.
"Burn It Down" is also the name of a music festival in Belgium.

Bass player Jason McCash plays in the doom metal band The Gates Of Slumber. Guitarist John Zeps and drummer Brian "Bob" Fouts play together in the band Amongst The Swarm. Singer Ryan J. Downey is a writer and founded Superhero Artist Management. Guitarist John Zeps also owns an indie record store in Indianapolis called "Vibes".
