Burked is the first episode from the second series of the popular American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the opening episode of series two, the son of Las Vegas mogul Sam Braun is found dead, the victim of an apparent drug overdose. However, suspicious circumstances lead the team to believe this is a homicide investigation.
The events in this episode closely parallel the real life event of the murder of Ted Binion.
