Burger sauce

Burger Sauce is a sauce made from a combination of ketchup and mayonnaise with other relishes. It is used on Hamburgers and in fast food restaurants such as McDonald's or Burger King. Burger sauce has had growing popularity in the United Kingdom particularly in fish and chip shops.[citation needed]Kraft Foods and Hellmann's/Best Foods both produce Burger Sauce products.
