Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland (BUND: League for the environment and nature conservation, Germany) is the German Branch of Friends of the Earth (FOE) and was founded 1975 as a federation of pre-existing regional groups. It has its origins in the conservation movement with a total membership of 390,000 active in some 2,200 local groups.

BUNDjugend is the youth wing of Friends of the Earth, (Germany), with approximately 42,000 members under the age of 25.
