"Build God, Then We'll Talk" (2006) |
"Build God, Then We'll Talk" is the fifth and final official single from Panic! at the Disco's hit album, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, including the radio-only single "The Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide Is Press Coverage". The music video is to be filmed soon in Los Angeles, California. The bridge melody of "Build God, Then We'll Talk" is a derivative of the melody of the chorus of "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music. The lyrics in the bridge also directly satirise the lyrics in "My Favourite Things".
The song's title originates from a quote in Chuck Palahniuk's book Choke.
The song is 3 minutes and 40 seconds in length.
