Bugenasaura (meaning "large-cheeked lizard") is the name given to a genus of dinosaur belonging to the Hypsilophodontid family. It lived during the Late Cretaceous, in what is now South Dakota.

The type specimen, B. infernalis, was formalized by Galton in 1995. A second possible species, B. garbanii, is known from similar strata in Montana, but is based on poorer remains.
