Budyonnovsk

Budyonnovsk (Russian: Будённовск) is a town in Stavropol Krai, Russia. Formerly known as Svyatoy Krest and Prikumsk. It is located at 44°47′2″N, 44°9′57″E. Budyonnovsk hostage crisis took place here on June 1995. Population: 65,687 (2002 Census).
