Bryncoch

Bryncoch is a suburb of the town of Neath, south Wales. It is situated high up on a hill between Neath and Pontardawe.

In Neath, it is perceived to be a relatively affluent area. The new estate suffers badly with poor soil drainage due it being built on marshland.

Also the builders had a weird sense of humour by tarmacing 1ft below the garden surface in parts of the estate.
