Bruno Gervais

Bruno Gervais (b. October 3, 1984 in Longueuil, Quebec) is a professional ice hockey defenseman in the National Hockey League. He was selected in the sixth round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, 182nd overall, by the New York Islanders. Gervais will begin the 2006-2007 NHL season as a defenseman for the Islanders. This will mark the first time that Gervais will start a season in the National Hockey League. Gervais spent most of the 2005-2006 season in the lesser American Hockey League, although he played some games with the Islanders.
