Bruno Cremer

Bruno Crémer (born 6 October 1929, in Saint-Mandé, France), is a french actor who made a great part of his career on stage but also made successful performances for the cinema and the television. He is widely known in France and the french speaking world for his interpretation of the famous detective Maigret. In 2005 the 54th part of it.

After ten years on stage he was acting first time in 1957 together with Alain Delon in "Send a Woman When the Devil Fails" (UK), aka: "When a Woman Meddles" (USA: TV title) aka: "When the Woman Gets Confused".

In december 1984 he married Chantal, having two sons with her. From an earlier marriage he got another son: Stéphane, who is a writer.

In 2000 he published an autobiographical book. "Un certain jeune homme" (french: A certain young man).
