Broughton, Lincolnshire

Broughton is a picturesque village situated on the Roman Ermine Street. There is some conjecture regarding the status of Broughton. At the 2001 Census, the size of Broughton was comparable to its neighbour Brigg.
With extensive woodlands that stretch toward Dragonby, Scunthorpe and Appleby, it is also a sought-after location to live.
Broughton has grown substantially over the last 20 years, with new housing developments to the north and northwest of the village.
