Brooke Burke (born September 8, 1971) is an American television personality and model, best known for hosting Wild On! (1999-2002) and Rock Star since its debut on CBS in July 2005.

Burke was born as the fourth of seven children in Hartford, Connecticut to Donna and George Burke, and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. She is of Jewish heritage on her mother's side and was raised in the Jewish religion,[1] and also has Irish, French and Portuguese ancestry. Her parents divorced and her mother re-married Armen Hatounian. She studied broadcast journalism at UCLA, but was signed to top modeling agencies, including the renowned Ford Models Agency, and subsequently appeared in prominent television commercials for Bally Fitness clubs, Coca-Cola, and Discover Card.

From 1999-2002, Burke became well-known while hosting Wild On!, a popular travel series on the E! Entertainment Television channel, replacing previous host Jules Asner. As part of the series, she travelled the world extensively, profiling many popular travel destinations.

Burke first appeared nude during her early modeling career for the website BlueNudes.com, and most notably after gaining fame in the May 2001 and November 2004 issues of Playboy and has also appeared in lad mags such as Maxim and FHM. Maxim magazine named her #94 in their 2006 Hot 100 List and featured her on their gallery. During the rise of her career Burke had D-cup breast implants, as seen in her aforementioned first Playboy shoot. Those implants were later replaced or reduced to C-cup size, as seen in her second layout for the magazine. She has voiced "Rachel" in Electronic Arts' video game Need for Speed: Underground 2, and asks the "People and Places" questions in the new video game, Trivial Pursuit Unhinged.

Burke has fronted infomercials promoting a swiss ball video home fitness workout named "Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets," and appears in the first video of the series entitled "20 Minute Full Body Workout." The infomercials have screened in New Zealand.

Burke currently hosts the CBS reality show Rock Star.

Brooke Burke is on the cover of the 2006 Burger King advergaming title PocketBike Racer. She also appears in Big Bumpin'. She stars as a playable character in both games.

In July 2005, Burke and her husband, Dr. Garth Fisher, announced their separation. The couple, who have been married since 2001, have two daughters, Neriah (born March 2000, and named after her friend and former Playmate Neriah Davis), and Sierra Sky (born April 2002).

Burke is now dating French-born actor David Charvet. According to Us Weekly, they are currently expecting a child.[1]. On the September 6th episode of Rockstar: Supernova, she revealed that she is expecting another girl. On August 21, 2006 People Magazine reported the couple are engaged with Charvet proposing to Burke at a summer party. [2]
