I remember seeing this on TV back in the mid 1980's. -- Denelson83 03:06, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
If I recall correctly, this was from a 30-second spot promoting RCI, the CBC's shortwave service. I don't remember much about the content of the spot, but it ended with the words "This is Radio-Canada International" spoken in a multitude of languages, as this animated logo appeared (the same animated CBC logo used in the CBKT ident.)
