Some mathematics articles that need attention:
- Ordinary differential equation - a mess
- Partial differential equation - better than it was, but still needs some work. Many important topics (like
weak solutions andregularity theory) aren't even alluded to, and some parts aren't really accurate, particularly on the behavior of elliptic, parabolic, and hyperbolic equations. Also, it should be mentioned that there is no complete classification scheme available for equations of order higher than two. - Green's function - disorganized, much more can be said
- Fundamental solution - basically a stub now
- Cauchy integral formula - Incorporate Oleg Alexandrov's remarks on the talk page. The example could be cleaned up a little.
- Potential theory - looks like an aritcle on harmonic functions, which although deeply connected is not really what the subject is about
- List of partial differential equation topics - could use a reorg
- These articles in elementary point set topology could be made more readable
