I have removed the paragraph regarding the "strange coicidence." I hardly think it is appropriate to bring something like this up in light of the fact that all the people murdered are not even buried yet.

I disagree. If you find it offensive then you are welcome to edit it, but to remove the entire paragraph is not useful.

The paragraph itself is not useful. It offers no pertinent information on Brian Nichols or his case, and seems wholy inappropriate when compared with the rest of the article's content. The Diary of a Mad Black Woman movie has nothing to do with this case and the reference doesn't belong in the article. I will remove it.PiccoloNamek 06:36, Mar 13, 2005 (UTC)

There would be hundreds of movies with the defendent shooting in the courtroom. They dont need to be mentioned here. --Boshtang 05:49, 16 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Who's In Photo?

The gentlemen in the photograph is definitely not Brian Nichols. Who is he, and why is he here? RussBlau 01:28, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I believe this is a mugshot of Brian Nichols. Please refer to the following link which reiterates this fact.

[edit] Physical description

"Nichols is 6'1" and weighs approximately 200lbs." ~ This comment seems irrelevant and out-of-place.
