Brisbane Square

Brisbane Square is a new high-rise building in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Brisbane Square is situated on the block between George Street, Queen Street and Adelaide Street. the building is opposite the Conrad Treasury Casino (on the Queen Street side), and the Law Courts Complex (on the Adelaide Street side).
After long delays construction of the skyscraper was completed in late 2006. The building has 38 floors and rises to 151 metres.
The building's main use is for office space, the lower floors leased to retailers, with a 350-space car park below the building. The architect for the project was Denton Corker Marshall. Significant tenants include the Brisbane City Council and Suncorp.
The garden park area, in front of the Law Courts Complex (and the State Law Building), is the block of land on which Brisbane Square now stands |
