Brian Shima

Brian Matthew Isoa Shima (Born December 22, 1981) is a professional inline skater.

Brian was born in Redwood City, California, USA. He grew up skating in the San Francisco Bay Area, forming a crew of skaters known as The Bomb Squad. The Bomb Squad included Brian Shima, Pat Lennen, BJ Bernhart and Jim Bell.
In 2000 Brian Shima and his mother moved down south to Encinitas, California so that Brian could be closer to the heart of the industry and the photographers of Daily Bread magazine. In 2003 Brian and friends Jon Elliott and Jan Welch started Rat Tail Distribution, which distributes the companies which they started together, 4x4 Urethane, Ground Control and Vicious Bearings.
Brian Shima also is in a band called the The Moonshiners with Jon Elliott's younger brother Dutin. His current sponsors are 4X4, Razors, Ground Control, and Artysm. Brian also had a character in the video game Rolling by Rage for the Sony Playstation.
