[edit] Help has arrived
You wanted some help, here I am! How can I help you? You can ask your questions right here, and I will respond.--Commander Keane 17:28, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
- Well there are some links above that should be able to get you orientated with editing and creating articles. Help:Starting a new page may be of some interest. If you give me an example then I can help you with what you want to do.--Commander Keane 18:25, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
Can you help me please?. And i'm working in the Breslov section.
McDonald's menu items is probably the place to talk about Kosher food, and there is already some mention of it. If you are not sure about something you are going to ad, you can always ask for another opinion on the article's talk page.
Is Breslov a seperate question? Anyway, you can ask more questions here and I wll respond.--Commander Keane 15:29, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

- Yes, the Kosher thing is have some mention on McDonald's menu items but i want to put one picture of Kosher Mc Donad's of Israel and one from the Argentinian.
Bresolver 18:04, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
- OK, well you should ask at Talk:McDonald's menu items if anyone else thinks the picture would be good for the article. Have you uploaded the photos yet? Do you need help with that? Or do you need help with inserting the photos into the article? I'm unsure what you want help with, but Wikipedia:Images is an ok introduction.--Commander Keane 19:24, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

- Thank you again! I never upload pics, i think i need help, i will read the article that you link here.
Other question, how i put the lenguages that i speak in my profile (like this user: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:ProhibitOnions). Bresolver 20:26, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
- Those boxes are called Userboxes, and the ones about langauge can be found at Wikipedia:Babel. You could just copy what ProhibitOnions has done, and change the languages to the ones you know. --Commander Keane 21:00, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Edit Summary
Please be sure to add an edit summary whenever you make non-trivial edits to an article. --DieWeibeRose 06:15, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
What???????? Bresolver 01:02, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
- Except for Talk pages, it appears that you have not added edit summaries to any of your edits. For, instance, you made three edits to Integrated Digital Enhanced Network but you didn't provide edit summaries. Please read the policy.--DieWeibeRose 03:15, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
I don't know how to do an edit summary and i don't understan the uses.
[edit] How to create edit summaries etc
Hi Bresolver:
- Firstly, on all TALK pages, always use the four tildes ~~~~ after making comments even when answering or making comments on your own talk page so readers can know who is talking.
- Secondly, to create an "edit summary" is very easy: When you edit or are adding to an article and you click on "edit this page" then you will see at the very bottom of the page a long one-line blank box that has written in front of it "Edit summary" and you then decide in your mind the MAIN IDEA or REASON behind your edit and you type into that long one-line box a few words or a very short sentence explaining why you made your edits or why you wrote things the way that you did them. Your comments will then automatically become part of that article's "history" for anyone else to see, when they click on "history" at the top of any article's page. This also helps other editors check to see what was added if they are watching the article in their "watch list" (many people watch articles they have contributed to.)
- Thirdly, if you are making a very small or minor edit, then just check the "This is a minor edit" tiny box on the left-hand below the long one-line "Edit summary" box.
- Fourthly, if you don't want to watch an article, then always REMOVE the check sign from the little right-hand box at the bottom that says "Watch this page".
If you don't read English so well, then you should be careful about making any edits so that you do not then cause confusion. Feel free to ask. Best wishes, IZAK 04:32, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your contact info
Hi Bresolver: Hope all is well. You have not enabled your Wikipedia Email feature in your "tool box" on the left hand side of your user page. Sometimes editors overlook that when it's a useful way of staying in touch with other editors. Best wishes. Good Shabbes. IZAK 13:13, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
