Below is a guide to how I decide if I should support someone's RFA.

[edit] Experience

For me to support the user, he must have at least 3 months worth of experience. Otherwise, no support.

[edit] Number of edits

The user must have at least 1,000 edits, otherwise, sorry.

[edit] Edit summary

The user must have over 50% edit summary usage for both major and minor. If he has under 50% for one, but 100% for the other, I will still support.

[edit] Blocks

He must not have been blocked in the past for vandalism. If the block was because of a dispute, it will not count.

[edit] E-mail

The user must have his e-mail activated. If he doesn't, I will automatically oppose.
