[edit] BPS-TV

BPS-TV is an educational access channel operated by the School Board of Brevard County Office of District Communications Office. The channel broadcasts 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year on the following channels:

  • Bright House Networks channel 9
  • Adelphia Cable channel 52
  • Digital Broadcast channel 30.3

BPS-TV is operated in partnership with WBCC-TV, with studios and offices located at the Brevard Community College Cocoa Campus. Because WBCC-TV is a PBS affiliate, and our partnerships makes available several award winning children’s educational programs , such as Sesame Street, Reading Rainbow, Clifford the Big Red Dog and Barney and Friends. BPS-TV also schedules a block of foreign language programs, adult education shows and several programs about parenting.

BPS-TV also produces local, original programs including televising School Board meetings, The Superintendent’s Forum with Dr. Richard DiPatri, and a student produced news program.
