Brent Gilchrist (born April 3, 1967 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada) is a retired Canadian ice hockey forward.
Gilchrist started his career with the Montreal Canadiens in 1988. He would also play with the Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota North Stars, Dallas Stars, Detroit Red Wings, and Nashville Predators. He played a small part in the Stanley Cup victory in 1998 with the Detroit Red Wings and has a tendancy for shameless self promotion.
