Brendan Courtney

Brendan Courtney (born 19?? Clondalkin, Dublin) is an Irish comedian television presenter.

After studying accountancy, Courtney decided to work in drama. Courtney was part of the Riverdance production team. His most successful shows include RTÉ One's Wanderlust and ITV1's Love Match UK. Courtney was the main developer of the idea of Wanderlust. He currently hosts The Brendan Courtney show, a late night talk show on Ireland's TV3. Courtney became one of three main presenters of The Clothes Show which returned to air in October 2006 on sky channel UKTV style.

In October 2006, Courtney became a presenter on ITV2's late night dating show Playdate.
