Brendan Clarke (born September 17, 1985 in Dublin is an Irish football player who currently plays for St. Patrick's Athletic F.C. in the eircom league Premier Division.

Clarke is a goalkeeper and played schoolyboy footbvall for local side Cherry Orchard F.C.. He is one of a handful of local players to have played for St. Pats. He is currently understudy to Barry Ryan. Clarke had an extended spell in the first team at the end of the 2004 season as regular 'keeper Chris Adamson's form dropped. Clarke currently takes penalties for the St Pats' Under 21 side.

He has represented Ireland at schools international level.
