The Brackenburn at Alton Bridge after it has joined with the Garrier and Lochrig Burns. Little Alton 'cothouse' is nearby and this could be the site of the Lambrochton Bridge mentioned by Pont in the 17th. Century. This site is near Kilamurs in Ayrshire. 2006. Hillhead Farm and wood, formerly called Cranshaw is in the background.
