Braunstone is a suburb of Leicester, England, to the south-west of the city centre. It was built on the grounds of Braunstone Hall, the remnant of the grounds of which are now Braunstone Park. It was built in the early twentieth century the first of Leicester's large estates of council housing was built in the area. It was originally part of the parish of Braunstone, but was annexed by Leicester in 1935. The remainder of the parish retained that name, but is now rebranding itself 'Braunstone Town'.

The suburb is dominated by the park, one of the largest in the city, with Western Park being just to the north. By the late 20th century, Braunstone had become one of the most deprived areas in the city, and the area received nearly £50 million of regeneration funding under the "New Deal for Communities" scheme.
