[edit] Story Behind

As Espy, Brandon started off with the Lucha style of wrestling. After his second match, one of Brandon's big influences died, Eddie Guerrero. After Eddie's death, Brandon adapted the Frog Splash to keep the Latin finisher alive, also as a tribute to Eddie. The Mood Swing was first introduced December 3rd. It now is the basis behind Brandon's transformation. After a few months Brandon started to be more daring and adapted the "No Fear" policy and learned more high-flying moves. Brandon made a quick impact in MMWA-SICW, becoming the number one contender for the Missouri-Illinois Jr. Heavyweight Championship after 3 short months. Though his efforts came up short to claim the title in January, it did not slow him down. Up until this past month, Brandon did not loose another match since January in MMWA-SICW. His lose started the "dark" transformation. He debuted his new look, fully with his Mind Freak entrance theme, on December 9th at the Lethal Wrestling Alliance. The fans did not know how to react to the new "Espy," now called Brandon Espinosa.
