Brandon—Souris is a federal electoral district in Manitoba, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1953.

The district is in the extreme southwestern part of the Province of Manitoba. It is bordered by the electoral district of Dauphin—Swan River—Marquette to the North, the electoral district of Portage—Lisgar to the East, the Canada-United States border to the South, and the Province of Saskatchewan to the West.

It includes the communities of Brandon, Cornwallis, Virden, Killarney, Souris and North Cypress.

The electoral district was created in 1952 from the former districts of Brandon and Souris.

Its Member of Parliament is Merv Tweed, a former automobile dealer. He was first elected in 2004. He represents the Conservative Party of Canada, and is their critic on Western Economic Diversification. In the last parliamentary session he served as a member on the 'Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage' and the 'Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration'.
