Brainy

Brainy is a character on the Nickelodeon cartoon show Hey Arnold!. A running gag in the series is that he shows up out of nowhere, usually when Helga is alone, pining for Arnold. As soon as she realizes he is behind her, Brainy is usually punched in the face. In fact, Helga has been punching him ever since they were in pre-school ("Helga on the Couch"). Notably, Helga did not punch him once between "Helga on the Couch" and "Married", in light of advice she received from a counselor in the former episode.

Voiced by series creator Craig Bartlett, but usually only gets a wheeze or two in his appearances. He was also the only minor kid character to have a credited role in the movie.
