Brains (TimeSplitters)

Brains is a character in the TimeSplitters series of video games. Brains was once a monkey before the Brotherhood of Ultra Science started to experiment on him, turning him into a zombie. Brains and his fellow undead monkeys now haunt the mansion where the Brotherhood is based.

Brains looks like to be covered in dark-red blood, the top of his skull has been removed and the player can see his brain through the top of his head and through his empty eye sockets.

Brains has been criticized in some circles as a "no-skill" character, due to his high running speed, small frame (both of which render him harder to hit than most characters), and that because he is a zombie, a headshot may not necessarily kill him, making him even harder to dispatch. One way around this is to disable Character Abilities, but his smaller stature remains despite this. ^{[citation needed]}

To date, Brains has only appeared in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect.
