Brad Cieslak (born July 1, 1982 in Highland Park, Illinois) is an American football tight end in the NFL who currently plays for the Buffalo Bills. He went to Northern Illinois University. He currently wears number 86.

Cieslak played quarterback, linebacker and punter at Lincolnshire’s Stevenson High School. He also played baseball and basketball.
