Brachystegia glaucescens is a tree with smooth grey bark, bluish-green leaves, small, creamy-white flowers, and purplish fruit with a woody pod. It grows predominantly in rocky places, in tropical and south eastern Africa. It is often misnamed the Mountain Acacia.
