[edit] The Year 2000 and beyond

Boyzone opened the door for Westlife. Since their split in 1999, only Ronan Keating has made a career from going solo. The rest of the band either going into the wilderness, or appearing on reality tv. Rumours were rife in 2003 of a Boyzone reunion, and with Take That recently reforming, there may still be a chance that they may release a new album in the near future. However all of which would depend on the willingness of Ronan.
