William Boyd Rankin (born July 5, 1984) is an Irish cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.

Born in Londonderry, he is a tall bowler with a distinctive bouncing action in his bowling. He has participated several times in Middlesex's second XI, and when he went to study in Shropshire, he worked on his batting technique.
