A Bowser is the aviation term for a vehicle used to replenish the fuel and water supplies of aircraft at an airfield or airport.

Bowsers, which may be in the form of a self-powered vehicle akin to a tanker truck, or that of a trailer pulled by some other vehicle, incorporate their own pumping equipment for pumping the fuel or water into the aircraft's tanks.
