While Housing Action Trusts may be notable, I'm not sure individual estates are worthy of their own articles. In any case, this article should probably be named something different as there are thousands of Boundary Roads in the world.

Boundary Road estate is a high-rise council housing estate in Walthamstow in London's East End. The estate, suffering from high levels of poverty and crime, weas taken over by the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust in order to be demolished and rebuilt. The scheme was also set up to redevolope similar poor estates in Leyton, Tower Hamlets, Stonebridge, Liverpool, Castle Vale and North Hull.
