Bougatsa (Greek Μπουγάτσα, Turkish boğaça) is a pastry constiting of custard, cheese, or minced meat filling between layers of phyllo.

In Greece, it is said to originate in the Macedonian region of northern Greece and is primarily consumed in the northern Greek port of Thessaloniki.
