Boston By Foot is a non-profit organization offering guided architectural and historical tours of Boston, MA. Founded in 1976, Boston By Foot offers daily scheduled tours from May through October and year-round pre-arranged tours for groups and private parties.

Tours are conducted by a trained corps of over 200 volunteers. To date, more than 200,000 residents and visitors from around the world have participated in Boston By Foot tours.

Each spring, Boston By Foot offers a six-week Lecture and Field Trip Series. Taught by distinguished architects, historians, and engineers, this course is open to the general public for a nominal tuition and those wishing to become a volunteer guide.
