Bosanska Kostajnica (Serbian: Босанска Костајница or Bosanska Kostajnica; Bosnian & Croatian: Bosanska Kostajnica) is a town and municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The municipality was created from part of the pre-war municipality of Bosanski Novi (today Novi Grad). It is located across the Una from Hrvatska Kostajnica in Croatia.

The town name was changed to just Kostajnica (Костајница), however, the Constituional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ruled the town be changed back to Bosanska Kostajnica. It was also known as Srpska Kostajnica (Српска Костајница).
