Why did you give that many warnings on that page? This user only did one NPOV edit, as I understand it. I cleared the page and gave him a POV Warning and a Stay Civil message. Regards, -- lucasbfr talk 13:04, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
Sorry, I know that was totally out of order. I'm just having quite a stressful day today and wasn't in the mood, which is still no excuse. Having once been a vandal myself it looks like I'm still going to need some time adapting to the "assume good faith" mentality.--Boris Allen 13:12, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Improper image
Please don't add that image to the article Pimp again. It isn't appropriate. Joyous! | Talk 23:11, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- How is it an Improper Image exactly? I'm sorry, but I'm going to add it to the page again. Please don't hesitate to contact me again to sort it out however, so we can try and resolve any dispute--Boris Allen 00:02, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wanker!!!!
You are very lacking in the remis department
YOU ARE A WANKER
- How very thoughtful. Can anyone tell me how to create a vandalism counter for my main page?--Boris Allen 00:03, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
- I like your style. Welcome to the light side. What kind of vandalism counter did you want? – ClockworkSoul 06:30, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
- My preference would be a nice stylish counter- I want it to look like a trophy so vandals realise that they are not getting to me. Furthermore, perhaps I could have two counters, one for vandalism done to my page that I actually find amusing, and another for pointless abuse--Boris Allen 10:51, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bad page moves
Hi, I'd like to know why you moved User:John Smith's to User:John Smith's Willy and User talk:John Smith's to User talk:John Smith's Willy on November 7 2006. These page moves appear to be vandalism. I have moved the pages back and merged the page histories, but unless there is a good reason for why you did this, consider this a warning. If you do this again, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia to prevent further non-constructive page moves. JDtalk 19:22, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
- Hi sorry about that, it was only intended as a joke between users. I didn't think it would matter as much since it wasn't an actual article, but don't worry, I won't be doing anything like that again--Boris Allen 15:17, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- Boris, it's usually customary to move the article back after the joke. John Smith's 18:29, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- Um, and how exactly would that be funny? Like I say, I won't do anything like that again, but I really don't see what harm it did actually do.--Boris Allen 12:06, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dumb Dinosaur
A tag has been placed on Dumb Dinosaur, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain web site, blog, forum, or other community of web users that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. If you plan to provide more notable material to the article, I advise you to do so immediately, and also put a note on Talk:Dumb Dinosaur. An administrator should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 1 under Articles. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such material.Missvain 16:09, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Why are you going to block me?
Are you an atheist? Is that why you want to block me? Don't call this vandalism, because all I'm doing is talking to you. Jesus is King. And don't you forget it.72.184.201.3 04:31, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi, just a small point; we don't send {{test4}} as the very first warning. Those edits to Mark Twain deserved to be reverted; they were sloppy. But technically, the word that he added (for shock value) was the reason the book has been banned so often. I would have probably sent a personalized note explaining why the change was being reverted. -- Jim Douglas (talk) (contribs) 04:44, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Help!
{{helpme}}
If I am reading an article and come across vandalism, is there any way I can use non-admin rollback on the spot there? This has happened a few times now, and I'm unsure of how to quickly sort it.
- Yes, I'll find the instructions page for you in a moment. ---J.S (t|c) 05:13, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- The Popups has a rollback you can use. You can find them here: Wikipedia:Tools/Navigation popups. If you have any more questions, let me know. ---J.S (t|c) 05:13, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
