Borwornsak Uwanno

Borwornsak Uwanno is a Thai legal expert, former Cabinet secretary-general under the Thaksin-government, former Professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University, and a key drafter of the 1997 Constitution of Thailand.

Borwornsak was a member of the House Ad Hoc Committee on Constitutional Reform (1993-94) and a member of the Committee of Democracy Development that amended the 1992 Constitution.[1]
