Born to Spawn/Uniform Behavior is the 9th episode of the second season of Rocko's Modern Life, one of Nickelodeon's Nicktoons.

This episode is about when Filburt turns twenty-one, and is called to his home island for his adult party. At first he hates having to become an adult, but eventually is pulled the island by natural instinctive forces.
